What we collect
When you send a quote request or contact message we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone and the project information you provide. We also record technical information about your visit: IP address, approximate country and city, browser, device type, language, the page you came from and the pages you viewed, so we can understand where enquiries come from.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, prepare quotations and follow up on your enquiry. Technical and location information is used to measure which channels and regions bring enquiries and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and local storage
The website stores a small anonymous visitor identifier and your first-visit source (for example the campaign or website that referred you) in your browser storage. It is used only for the measurement described above and for remembering your language choice.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is visible to authorised Smart Tech staff through our private dashboard. We may use service providers for hosting and email delivery. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle the request and our business records, and visit statistics for up to 13 months. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to javed@smarttech-kw.com.
