Quality policy statement
Smart Tech Co. believes that well run systems and processes, followed by an enthusiastic team, show our care in delivering high quality work, customer service and customer satisfaction.
We aim to provide quality engineering with reliable and efficient maintenance, in total compliance with requirements and, where possible, beyond customer expectations.
We invest in training and development of our people so they can adapt to a changing business environment, use innovative working techniques and keep improving the design and building management systems we deliver.
Every member of staff knows our quality objectives and works to meet system requirements and promote new ideas.
Quality objectives and targets are maintained, reviewed and revised every year, and quality audits and reviews of all operational activities take place at least once a year, with human, financial and other resources allocated to achieve the targets.
Health and safety policy statement
The health and safe working practices of our employees are a fundamental part of the effectiveness and efficiency of our management. As an employer we commit, as far as is reasonably practicable, to the health and safety of our employees and the public and to not endangering the environment.
Our first duty to employees is to provide and maintain hygienic conditions, a healthy environment and safe work practices. We understand the link between efficiency and safety in terms of cost control, losses, ill health and lost time injuries from accidents and near misses.
Every managerial and supervisory member of staff applies the safety policy and all legislative provisions in their area of control. Every employee is individually responsible for strict adherence to company and legal safety requirements.
We run an induction programme, provide training and instruction, issue and supervise the use of protective equipment, and involve staff in discussions to improve health and safety.
